Mednick Associates has developed another VALUE oriented way for our clients to gain access to upfront medical opinions without spending a small fortune. For cases that require a larger degree of upfront analysis or ones in which the medical facts are “gray”, we offer a solution.

For a flat fee of $600/case you can access our MEDICAL ADVISORY BOARD which consists of non-testifying, post-clinical career physicians who will review medical records and provide a concise, research based opinion on the merit of your case.

They will not testify or act as an expert witness but will provide you with valuable upfront medical guidance.

$600/case includes

Case review for merit & verbal opinion

**Valid for cases with 500 pages or less with a written summary included from attorney; $300/hr fee for additional review beyond 500 pages.

$500/case (in addition to flat fee)

Written confidential work product of opinion
